Home Care Solutions, Inc. was incorporated in May 1994
and began business as a Chattanooga-based home infusion company in August
1994. Over the years, the Company has strategically added services
and locations to become a fully integrated home care company in the Chattanooga and middle Tennessee areas. The Company's
business model includes the establishment of "comprehensive home
care centers" in its key service areas. Services provided by the
comprehensive home care centers include home-based infusion therapy,
nursing services, physical, occupational and speech therapy services,
medical social services, aide services, hospice services, respiratory
care services.
Physician marketing efforts are focused on the Company's
interdisciplinary team approach to patient care and a "one stop
shop" to handle all aspects of a patient's home care needs.
Services are coordinated through a centralized intake and customer
service department staffed with registered nurses and reimbursement
specialists.
